This new model with a large work top is designed for all sugar work and more particularly for easier working with ribbon. 2 glasses ceramicbulbs mounted on flexible tubes, with 3 level power setting for perfectly controlling the temperature of the sugar. Heating zone under the work top, at teh rear, width of 10mm with 3 level power setting (temperature up to 70 degrees celsius) to keep the sugar warm. Work top GN1/1, 530x325mm, with Exopat non stick mat. Work Top raised on feet and very stable, for improved working comfort. Drawersfor storing accessories under teh tub.
